This frying pan is the best engineered frying pan I have ever owned. It is made from cast aluminum and claims it will never warp and alway seat flat on the stove surface.
When I cook with the pain it sits perfecly level on my glass top stove and the heat is 100% even across the entire cooking area. I have never had such a good cooking pan.

The last a very long time.
I have owned these pans before and still use the one that is no longer non stick as it is just a great pan. The picture is a side by side of the brand new one and the one almost 8 years old. I was not gentle with it at all and the non stick just wore off about a year ago. They are not cheap but it lasts. I highly recommend them. (I also have a 11 inch pan).
