    I have many Roku TCL TV's, Sound bars, speakers and devices - I purchased this to to add to my 60" TCL TV and attach my Roku speakers. The first thing I notice was that sitting right in front of the TV the sound volume was lower than the TV's volume. The TV volume would normally be on 10, after adding the Sound Bar with the volume at 20 it was still lower than the TV ( I used the HDMI cable first (it was not in the box) then tried the optical cable with no difference). However I then added my Roku speakers to the Sound bar there volume was 1/4 of what the were before connecting to the sound bar. There was no value to keeping the device - I have returned the device but even though I paid more to order it from a "Amazon ships" it's telling me I have to wait 30 days for a credit / refund - very disappointing in both product and return process

    The streambar sounds good but it constantly has issues where there is a clicking noise then the sound will drop to about half volume. It slowly comes back up but is very annoying. Also, now and then the remote just stops being able to turn the tv on or off. You have to jump through hoops to get it working again.

    Running 12.x.x and have run the manual update several times a week trying to get it updated to 13.0.  Goes through the download, install, almost finished don't pull the plug screen then comes back up with 12.x.x. Week 3 and no success. Checked in with online support and ran through the checklist with no change or update.
    When I check on it this morning I have the ROKU Blue Screen O Death (Recovery Mode).
    Go through the recovery process multiple times, disconnect power, hold the reset button reboots and log ins on multiple network WIFI and wired connections all resulting in Blue Screen O Death (Recovery Mode).  Reached out to the chatbot and went through the entire process again and after 45 mins wanted to push me off the ROKU merry go round to  COMCAST running an ACL list filtering MAC address. go over and jump on the COMCAST merry go round.
    3 other ROKU sticks, TV's, computers are working just fine.  Blue Screen of Death Streambar is only device in house non-functional.

    I have only had this product for about 7 months, and have had nothing but problems with it for the last 2 ! It was fine ,and then the speaker started shutting off and restarting for no reason. It was occasionally at first, but now it's like every 20 minutes. Can't send it back. Looked back at reviews and this seems to be happening to ALOT of people. Look at the 1-3 star reviews. Spent too much money for this and can't get it back.

    I am an Apple loyalist, and have had a Apple TV and HomePods setups in my living room.

    Recently bought a projector to install in my bedroom, and didn’t wanna spend another $200 on an Apple TV, alongside another $200 for 2 HomePods. So, I ended up spending some money on a Chromecast with Google TV and two Nest Audio speakers. While the speakers worked great, I just couldn’t find the Airplay experience with Chromecast. Laggy, slow and just didn’t work on many streaming apps and websites.

    I was just about to buy Apple TV and HomePods for my room, when I learned about the Roku streambar. Airplay 2 on a <$200 soundbar? I was sold.

    Ordered it. Got it within a couple of days, and I am in love. The soundbar is amazing. Sounds great, works great and the UI is very straightforward. And supports Airplay 2 just as an Apple TV does. It’s the same as an Apple TV setup but with spending a lot less than half the money of that.
