This product works but it is very expensive and I found that for the price and the amount of product you get is not worth me purchasing it again. I suppose if I only used it once a week it would have lasted me longer. Or if it was in a jar and not a pump. But I used it daily and it was gone in month. One time purchase for me unfortunately.

EDIT: Unfortunately, I've had to change my review to 1-star for the fact that the dysfunctional pump is a recurring problem. Out of the 3 times I ordered this product TWO OF THEM DID NOT WORK. Note, the bottle only lasts about a month (5ish weeks max). So it's an expense of $260-280/month. OK, fine...if it works...but the packaging is totally flawed.

The first bottle stopped working at about 10 days. I had to send it back, wait for a refund, reorder, etc. The whole process took over a month. Second bottle worked fine, so I had one month where I was able to use the complete bottle. The third one, total dud again!! The clear serum pumps, but the opaque side stopped pumping anything at about 2 weeks. Because it had been more than 10 days, the company would not replace it. So it's just $260 in the trash!

I really wanted to give this a try and really wanted it to work, but $260 A MONTH is a lot of money for something that you can't even use. Way too big of a hassle and a headache for me. So, unfortunately, I'm done with this. Time to move on to better or more reliable alternatives. :(

Love this product, saves my facial skin for hurting with dryness by 10am. But the application can be tricky. So this is what you do. Every. Time.
1. Turn it upside down.
2. Hit the bottom ~3 times with the heel of your hand.
3. Keeping it upside down, then pump out product.
I have never had problems with getting both solutions out with this protocol.

This face serum is very good although for the price it should be! I've been buying this product for a while now and like so many other reviews I've seen, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. When I went to take the top off this particular one, the whole thing kind of fell apart. I put it back together but have to be quite careful when I go to use it. In the past, the big problem I've had is getting both serums to pump out. I've had to pry it open and then use a skewer to open up both valves. They need to come up with a better system. At the moment Amazon is selling this for slightly less than I can buy at the store.
