What if I want to cancel or change my order?
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bearaby.com or get in touch via this contact form. Unfortunately, no orders can be canceled once they have been processed and fulfilled by our warehouse, but our team will do our best to help!
Please note that if you cancel your order before it ships out, we will automatically initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit will be received within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
How do exchanges work?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned and that’s why we offer a 30-day exchange window on all our products.
Provided you haven’t washed your item yet and your shipping address is within the contiguous US, you can return your product. For Cuddlers, Pupper Pods, and medium and large Huggets, as long as the branded label is still attached to the product, you have the original packaging, and your shipping address is within the contiguous US, you can return your product.
*Please note that gift cards and the small Huggets are not exchangeable and non-refundable. Orders shipped outside the contiguous US are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do returns from Canada work?
Canada is unfortunately out of our return shipping area, meaning that Canadian orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How quickly can I expect my refund?
Once your return is processed, we will initiate a refund automatically to your credit card (or original method of payment). Credit will be received within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
