The quality of the flour exceeded my expectations. It is clean, very fine, and has great flavor. The packaging is on the lighter side so expect some flour to get on you or around the opening area. I recommend putting them all in an air-tight container. At this price, even one bag would be worth it, let alone 3. I used it for making rice putting and it has worked very well.
