I use this for spray painting projects. It is inexpensive but has made painting things so much easier. It turns easily so I can keep spraying without stopping and starting or lingering in one place for too long, which causes runs and drips. Pretty sturdy but I never put anything too heavy on it. It is plastic so I imagine if you load it up it might not be able to hold up. No assembly required. There were different brands/options on Amazon and I couldn't tell if there was a difference between them other than color and size, so I ordered the cheapest one I found. Happy with it. I doubt the more expensive ones are that much better; it is a pretty low-tech product after all.
