    As I usually do when I buy something new, I read the negative reviews first, There were those that complained of it being made in China (I could not find that anywhere on the box I received), there were those that said the edge of the pan was sharp and dangerous to the digits (touched all around the edges and did not find that to be true), there where those that said the size advertised was not the size that was shipped - absolutely true (see photograph). I ordered 15 x 18 and received 13 x 16. I called All Clad customer service and they have never made the size advertised here on Amazon. I find that interesting in that some of these comments go back more than a year. I have other All Clad products and I expect I will be happy with this one also. I was wanting a little larger one for the turkey I will be roasting.

    I love this roasting pan! The last few I have used were Teflon coated and after just one or two uses, the coating was coming off. This one is solid stainless steel and is going to last for many years to come. I'm already done a turkey, two hams and two standing rib roasts in it and it still looks like new.

Keep your old glass lids though so you can see your food cooking without having to lift the lid when cooking on stovetop. All-clad lids are oven safe.
