I received the all red can, not the red and yellow can. S&B seems to have changed the can slightly, but the ingredients are identical. This is the classic S&B Japanese Curry powder.
Warning - you can NOT just dump this in a pot and get classic Japanese curry. Many (most?) Japanese curries are made with roux, a flour based paste made with this curry powder. If you want classic Japanese curry, find a recipe to make the roux using this powder.
This curry is one of my favorite curry powders ever. It has the right mix of spicy (slightly spicy) and aromatics. It tends to have more depth than Indian and similar curries, as it is a more complex mixture. It is specifically made for that classic Japanese curry taste. it is excellent. Five Stars!
