Nice, But Will Probably Arrive Damaged
The pan overall is a good deal, but if you are very particular with your cookware and don't like things damaged in any way, you probably don't want to order this one. My first one came damaged and so did the replacement that I ordered. Must be how they store and stack these things because the rack can dent the bottom of the pan and the sides of the rack can scratch the sides of the pan. Pretty disappointed with that, but this is the exact pan that I want for my cupboard so I kind of have to deal with it I guess. If it degrades or rusts over time with normal hand washing at those spots, I will update my review.

It's built to last and oh so easy to clean! AND it comes with a Stainless Steel Rack that fits nicely inside the pan, which I can use for cooking bacon in the oven, as well as roasting a turkey!

Excellent manufacturing, this should last me an even longer time! I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a very sturdy pan--heavy steel that stays perfectly flat (no warpring) with what appears to be a high-quality non-stick coating. We really needed a "good sized" pan when roasting not just your average chicken, but also the occasional larger roast or turkey. This is plenty big without being huge. The interior rack is very nice and sturdy, but we are careful not to move it around once inside the pan, because it has plain metal "feet" and might scratch the coating over time. As others have said, the handles are bit small for handling with oven mitts, etc., to for us they're more for show than for use. The lip on the pan is plenty big and sturdy enough to use for carrying the pan, anyway. Recommended!

I purchased this pan specifically for veggie roasting. It's a little larger than a typical roaster so I can double my recipes. Farberware has always offered quality products, so the steel is top notch and the handles are bolted on very securely. The reason I took off 1 star is because I got a minor burn on my hand when it grazed one of the handles -- so you just have to be very careful when working with the pan when it's hot. The handles are not heat-proof and in fact, do hold the heat longer than most other roasting pans I've used. But I'm still glad that I purchased this, it roasts well, has a large capacity, cleans up beautifully, and I can work around the handle issue now that I know about it.

I use this every week to roast a chicken. Im very pleased with the results. It’s slim enough to easily fit between the oven grates which I dont like to move. Im delighted with the handles—my prior pan had hinged handles that were difficult to lift up with a heating pad. These are nice and verticle so they are easy to reach and they keep the profile slim so I can easily each them without hitting the grate below or above.

I use this for grilling pork steaks in the oven. I double line it with foil and cook them at 350 for about 20 minutes and then broil them at 500 for the last 5 or 10 minutes. That broiling temperature is hotter than recommended, but hasn't seemed to hurt it for those short periods (maybe it doesn't actually get that hot). I am always careful to use cooking spray on the rack and then to clean it carefully after each use -- kind of a pain, but it still looks like new after using it 5 or 6 times.

We've been using this on a regular bases, and it's doing a good job. The side handles, are maybe a little small and rotate upwards to a stopped position when you pick it up. I think I would have preferred fixed handles that were always in the ready position to be picked up, but I can't see that as a reason to drop a star.
