The battery life sucks I tried the earbuds the right earbud last for 30 minutes, yes 30 minutes while the left one keep a battery life of 88 percent. Let me say this I'm totally disappointed with Sony their product used to be reliable and good quality Now they are making cheap products that does last longer. This will be my last Sony product ¡THEY ARE NOT LONGER RELIABLE!

When I first got them, they were excellent around 7 months in the right earBud battery would die within 10 minutes. Went through the 1 year warranty through Sony. A big runaround.
And they will not honor the warranty because they told me they were made in Japan. I explained to them that it shouldn't matter and i thought Sony was a Japanese company.
Needless to say
I will never purchase another Sony product.
And I will let all my associates know of my situation

Be careful this is used condition. Not brand new. Upon inspecting the outer box there was no seal on the side and the Box arrived already open with the charging case already halfway out. You're closer inspection I noticed that the presentation of the product was also indicated that it was not brand new as the charging case was upside down. Looking from around the case under a microscope it had minor usage and scratch.
Upon setting up these earbuds to my phone with Sony app I noticed it was previously used by a user "user real name s23 ultra". I won't provide that person's name for respect and privacy

Be wary of buying these. There is a firmware update that will kill the battery on one of your buds. At that point you can be out of warranty and not eligible for a repair.

They are simply too big, and wearing them for an extended period is uncomfortable. It's a real letdown, considering the positive reviews. I had to return them in the end.

I found my XM4s to fit great (ymmv), noise cancelling was very good (lots of flying, lots of screaming babies, mostly peace and quiet). App is kinda terrible, pairing is unpleasant, but known devices were reliable and I found connectivity to be good.

HOWEVER...

The batteries in these are god-awful bad or Sony released a firmware update that bricked them. I got 8 hours easily on a charge for about a year, then battery health started rapidly declining. Right earbud can go 30 minutes on a charge now. You will need to replace these earbuds 18 months to 2 years from the original purchase date.
