Food is incredible

Food is incredible! So simple, clean, and just what the doctor ordered! Had some shipping issues, but the staff there has been so helpful in making things right.

Shipment was disposed

Shipment was disposed. Had to call to get credit. No credit given; extra box simply sent randomly. Emailed to make sure regular shipment was delayed. It wasn't. Call multiple times; no call backs. Received 3 boxes in 12 days. No way for one person to eat this much. Had to give a box away. Emailed again; no response. Called again; no call back. Received my last box and it was missing five meals. Still waiting for someone to contact me.

I'm happy we can connect and find a way to reset the experience. I'm sorry to hear you had a tough time! I totally understand the frustration. I can confirm I have refunded you for last week's delivery you did not receive. This weekend we had a major FedEx shipping delay where they decided they were at capacity and could not take any more deliveries from us. There was no warning for this. When our shipping department was made aware, they organized a complimentary reshipment for you to be delivered by Tuesday (Wednesday latest) this week. That reshipment is currently on the way to you free of charge. (: I have also refunded you for the missing items in the following delivery. I'm so happy we can stay in touch!
