I ordered these and dried ancho chilis to make chile colorado and I was very disappointed in the level of heat/spice. It's my favorite dish at Mexican restaurants and it's always nice and spicy, just enough to make me sweat a little. These 2 peppers were about as mild as bell peppers. They tasted ok but I was expecting a little heat. I guess next time I'll just have to add a habanero or 2.
