职位描述：
- 负责海报设计、微信公众号文章长图设计等；
- 参与项目创意阶段，对创意概念有良好的解读能力和领悟力，提供具有创造性的设计方案；
- 负责项目的主视觉设计、相关平面图设计、手绘设计、修改制作完稿等工作；
- 了解客户需求，配合创意组针对不同项目进行设计相关素材收集、创意积累工作，具备较强的审美；
- 与创意组、项目组之间保持良好沟通。
- 艺术院校设计专业、美术及相关专业毕业，本科以上学历；
- 1年以上广告或设计公司工作经历，有服务过美妆/文旅客户尤佳；
- 熟练使用PS、AI等设计软件（会AIGC更佳），最好具备手绘能力，学习能力强，积极、主动
- 有责任心，主动性强，具备优秀的理解、沟通与协调能力
- 具备良好团队合作精神，并富有激情、创造力和责任感
