This Lincoln "Stable Arc" Welder, a 200 Amp Motor Generator Stick Welder, was sold on September 1, 1923, to Vern Holt, the owner of Great Lakes Welding and Boiler Company, located at 1724 Rockwell Ave. in Cleveland, Ohio. The welder was used on many projects in the Cleveland area, including ship repairs in the Flats, boiler fabrication and repair, bridge and building fabrication, and repair jobs such as fixing the Cole Bros. Circus wagon. A special thanks to Vern Holt's grandchildren - Robert D. Holt and Melanie Yatsko, son and daughter of Robert V.
