Recently, #ChinaMobile and AsiaInfo Technologies reached a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai concerning the construction of 5G private networks for the energy sector in overseas markets. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will engage in comprehensive and in-depth collaboration focusing on initiatives such as "5G private networks for the energy and power industries," jointly exploring international markets. The collaboration includes, but is not limited to, jointly developing smart electricity solutions based on 5G technology, promoting digital transformation in the power industry, assisting customers in enhancing electricity operational efficiency and reliability, optimizing electricity resource allocation, and delivering more efficient and intelligent services to the power industry through technological innovation. This partnership will also mark a new chapter in their cooperation across various sectors in Africa and Southeast Asia. On July 4, 2024, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference and the High-Level Conference on Global AI Governance opened in Shanghai. At the main forum on industrial development, Yang Jie, Chairman of China Mobile, delivered a keynote speech titled "Igniting the 'AI+' Engine, Promoting the Development of New Productive Forces." Yang Jie stated that at present, general artificial intelligence, represented by large AI models, has made breakthrough progress. The speed of innovation iteration, the intensity of resource investment, and the breadth of social participation have all far exceeded expectations, and future development holds infinite possibilities. Over the past 13 years, GTI has grown with the collective efforts of its members, bringing together 146 operators and 258 industry partners, significantly enhancing its role in leading and advancing the industry. Together, GTI has promoted international connectivity, collaborated to establish TD-LTE as a mainstream 4G standard globally, and pioneered the rapid deployment of 5G in mid-frequency bands. Third， "Internet+," "5G+," and "AI+" have pioneered a new pathway.
