Great Popcorn and Easy to Use But Door Cracked First Time we Used It

Love this product but can’t give it 5 stars because the drop down door cracked the first time we used it. I read reviews about this happening so I was even careful. Other than that I love this machine. Hoping I can get a replacement piece. Recommend this with careful use. The popcorn is delicious if you use good oil!

I hate microwave popcorn and was looking for that great air popped flavor like at movie theaters. This popper required minimal assembly. It pops just like the one at the movie theater! It pops great EVERY TIME! I finally got that DELICIOUS popcorn that is at the movie theaters. This was a wonderful purchase! It is easy to clean and small enough to fit on counter or a bakers rack.

Great popcorn, but pieces break extremely easily

I have used this 2 times, 1st time a week ago, and the tilt door broke after opening it first time and when I tried to take kettle off the metal hooks that hook on to side.. one of the hooks broke. Then the second time I used it the other hook broke when trying to remove the kettle. I think I may have gotten a bad one, because it was impossible to get that removed. Now I cannot use it at all as it will not “hang”. Hoping to get a new one because we love the popcorn!!!!
