Emmie Keefe | Healthy Emmie on Instagram: "NO-BAKE CINNAMON ROLLS 🥮 If you want to keep this recipe, comment “recipe” and I’ll email it to you so you never lose it! 📲 Crust: - 120g oat flour (1 cup) - 100g pecans (1 cup) - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp psyllium husk + 1/3 cup water - 1/4 cup maple syrup Filling: - 155g dates (1 cup) - 3 tbsp maple syrup - 2 tbsp water - Salt (to taste) - 3 teaspoons cinnamon Directions: Soak psyllium in water. Blend pecan nuts Add all other crust ingredients Blend until dough forms Push out into a rectangle on parchment paper. (long side should be 25-27cm), and the thickness should be about 0.5 cm Blend all the filling ingredients Spread a thick layer of the filling on the crust, but keep 1-2 cm at the top as is.
