Project Details The Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Program (FFVP), a partnership between Seattle Public Schools (SPS) and City of Seattle (the City) Office of Sustainability (OSE), provides an opportunity for students at eligible, participating schools to receive a variety of free, culturally diverse, nutritious snacks during or after the school day. The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit offers from interested and qualified Vendors to provide fruits and vegetables for the program.
