Finance Officer

The main activities are:

1. upervision of accounting team for a large size Factory
2. Control over Stock (Raw Material and Finished Product)
3. Preparation of Annual Cost Budget and Monthly Review of Cost Against Budget
4. Accounting and Reporting as per Month Close Cycle
5. Co-ordinating with Tax and Legal Teams for reviewing and managing Compliance at the factory
6. Analysis of Accounts and Costs
7. Supporting Factory Manager with operations review and financial analysis
8. Preparation and Review of Bilan as per SYSCOHADA
9. Manage Audits from Big4 and Government Authorities
10. Manage Internal Audit within the organization

higher education in Accounting, Finance or Management (minimum Bac +4/5),

 you have at least 4 years' experience in a similar position,

whether in an accounting firm or in  food industry company , ideally with team management.

You are a real technical referent in your field and are able to support change and develop a real financial culture within the structure.
