We invited the Swiss Brewmasters Association and our colleagues from Bucher Denwel to this year's summer meeting on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at our headquarters, Bucher Unipektin AG in Niederweningen. This event was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our bonds, share insights and celebrate our collective successes.   Our teams presented the latest innovations and strategic plans, sparking lively discussions and new ideas. We then took them on a factory tour where they were able to see the wide range of products manufactured by the Bucher Unipektin Group. This includes a large number of machines and solutions for beverage, beer and fruit juice processing. They were able to take a closer look at some of the systems directly in production and in the test center.   The day ended with a delicious dinner. Another partnership announcement after the Singapore International Water Week (SIWW)! Bucher Unipektin is thrilled to announce the expansion of our existing Global Framework Agreement with SUEZ by entering into an exclusive distribution contract to bring our advanced sludge dewatering technologies to Hong Kong! This technology achieves over 30% dry solids content in a compact, safe, and energy efficient manner, meeting the stringent compliance standards of our Hong Kong customers. We extend our gratitude to SUEZ for this valuable partnership and priceless expertise. Last Friday, we had an enjoyable summer party at our location in Niederweningen, Switzerland. Together with Bucher Municipal and Bucher Landtechnik we spent an evening filled with fun, food and great weather! ☀️   We kicked off the evening with live performances by talented artists who presented us an entertaining acrobatic show.   The barbecue was sizzling and the aroma was irresistible, so that everyone could enjoy the grilled delicacies. 🍢 🥘 🍻   A big thank you to everyone who made this event possible and to all who joined us in the celebration.🌟   #TeamSpirit #wearebucher 

In May, we visited our customers in Armenia, a small but beautiful country with a great history, wonderful nature, and high-quality fruits. It was an honor to participate in the Swiss Days and the EBRD annual meeting for supporting economic development in Armenia. The hospitality and the organization were excellent. To have a fun and challenging experience together, some departments of the company got together for a rowing boat workshop in Glarisegg (Lake Constance near Steckborn).   Our colleagues went out on the water with 5 boats (4-person rowing boat + helmsman) and received instructions on rowing techniques. It was difficult to coordinate all the rowers together. That was the biggest challenge.    Then they had 3 small races against each other, and the organizer interviewed them afterwards in a funny way about their experiences.   After coffee and croissants, they hiked about 1 hour and 20 minutes along the Steckborner Rundweg to the Restaurant Jochental, where they enjoyed a barbecue with salads and a great view of Lake Constance.   In the afternoon they hiked back and went home after a day full of fun, laughter, and great teamwork.
