I only use is rarely when I have something stressful on my mind or am off schedule for whatever reason. Does not give a groggy effect just calmly soothes you to sleep. Takes 30 minutes to kick in.

I have had lifelong problems with sleep, have tried virtually everything, and when my Drs told me recently I needed to stop taking prescription sleep meds, I didn't know what I was going to do. I recommend this bath bomb for the powerful bubbling CO2. It is nice and relaxing morning or night but be careful if you take the CBD gummy‘s and then take a warm bath with the CBD bath bomb. It was too relaxing and I couldn’t get much done after that.

I and my wife have been taking the sleep tincture ( 2000MG ) for about a year and I can say for sure that our sleep is deeper and more consistent.
For me I fall asleep faster and seem to have a more restful sleep.
I still wake a bit too early a few times a week but there is no doubt this has helped and we will continue to purchase and tell others about.
