No. CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, meaning it will not get you high. Broad spectrum CBD, like that used in our balm sticks, contains less than 0.1% THC.
Simply use enough balm to cover the entire affected area, and reapply as necessary.
It’s unlikely you can take too much CBD through a balm, but we recommend no more than 3 or 4 applications per day. If you’re taking the muscle and joint balm, rub it into the affected area and let it sit for an hour. If you don’t feel any relief by that point, reapply the balm as needed.

CBD oil (or, hemp oil) is culled from the buds, leaves and stalks of the hemp plant, while hemp seed oil comes from the — you guessed it — seeds of the hemp plant.
