On April 1, 2016 the link for the FAQ's on the Computer and Technology Use policy page was updated.
On April 6, 2016 the following changes were made to School of Business Leadership on the academic directories page :
Deans
Kathleen Grady, MBA, replaces Gary Gray as the assistant dean
Department Chairpersons
Anthony Fruzzetti, Ed.D, replaces Erin Wilkinson Hartung as department chair, marketing
Erin Wilkinson Hartung, DBA, department chair, graduate studies
Mehdi Moutahir, MBA, replaces Kathleen Grady as department chair, management
On May 23rd, 2016, the Undergraduate Admissions and Early Enrollment pages of the catalog was amended to include the following statement:
“In accordance with the applicable Federal and state law, for students entering JWU who will need to participate in a food service internship, the student must be 18 years old to participate in the internship, unless the student obtains an acknowledgement from the proposed internship site acknowledging that the student is not yet 18 years of age and stating that the student will not engage in any “particularly hazardous occupation.”
On May 24th, 2016, the following information was added to the Accreditation and Approvals page in the catalog: information regarding State Licensure for College of Online Education programs, the approval of Johnson & Wales University to participate in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA), current SARA member states, and the Student Complaint process for the College of Online Education.
On June 9th, 2016, the following changes were made to the College of Management Graduate Studies leadership on the academic directories page :
Dr. Gary Gray was removed from the position of associate dean and placed on the list of faculty.
Dr. Gary Gray was replaced by Dr. Erin Wilkinson Hartung, Department Chair, Graduate Studies / MBA. Dr. Wilkinson Hartung was also placed on the list of faculty.
On June 10th, 2016, the Academic Standing page was amended to reflect changes in academic standing policy.
On January 25th, 2017, all of the specific information regarding articulation agreements was removed from the Articulation Agreements page. The page now provides a hyperlink to the JWU webpage for articulation agreements.
On February 13th, 2017, the High School/College Verification and the International High School/College Verification pages were altered to reflect the addition of requirements regarding verification of completed college earned hours.
