Students should read and fully understand the rules, requirements and policies described in this catalog. Additionally, all enrolled students are expected to be familiar with the contents of the Providence Campus Student Handbook. The Providence Campus Student Handbook contains important information regarding academic performance and personal conduct of students as well as university grievance procedures. It also outlines the conditions under which students may be placed on probation or suspension from the university. The Providence Campus Student Handbook is available online. Physician Assistant Program
JWU’s Physician Assistant (PA) Program
is in development. The PA Program at JWU is a 24-month, 104-credit, full-time course of study. Upon successful completion, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies is awarded. The inaugural class begins in summer 2014.

Accreditation
JWU’s PA program is in development and is currently seeking Accreditation-Provisional from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant Inc. (ARC-PA), which is the only entry way for new programs into the accreditation process.
