- Limpiar las habitaciones y áreas públicas de pisos de acuerdo a los procedimientos de Accor.
- Gestionar y orientar las actividades de las áreas Contable/Fiscal, Financiera, Compras/Almacén, Costos, Informática y DP.
- Elaboración de presupuestos anuales de los 3 hoteles.
- Elaboración del Forecast mensual de los 3 hoteles.
- Acompañar las variaciones en las proyecciones de resultados, señalando divergencias a los niveles ejecutivos para la toma de acciones correctivas.
- Revisión y validación de costeo de áreas y mantener o mejorar márgenes departamentales.
- Dar soporte administrativo a los hoteles, conforme sea requerido.
- Confirmar, diariamente, los depósitos bancarios del RDS y el movimiento del carro fuerte.
- Validar y dar conformidad a las compras.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas (KPI’s).
- Elaborar informes y participar de comités específicos.
- Ejecutar otras funciones relacionadas de acuerdo con la necesidad del área.
- Profesional Egresado de Ciencias Contables/Administración de Empresas y áreas relacionadas.
- 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de supervisión o jefaturas en el rubro hotelero
- Dominio del Sistema Opera
- Conocimientos contables y de legislación fiscal/tributaria
