Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, the primary function is to promote and sell all the company's services, to maintain and develop new business opportunities in order to meet budget objectives.

Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, the primary function is to promote and sell all the company's services, to maintain and develop new business opportunities in order to meet budget objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct systematic market intelligence in order to find business opportunities
- Identify potential customers and qualify them
- Build, develop and foster good business relationships vital to the success of the department both internally and externally
- Participate in various generating business events (conventions, conferences, other ...)
- Write and submit bids alone or with members of the team
- Provide bids and quotations, participate in negotiations
- Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders
- Communicate client expectations to team members and follow up until integration at the operational level
- Manage closely and consistently the customer relationships by using the support of the various departments of the company
- Participate actively in problem solving
- Maintain and develop existing customer base in the CRM
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver
- Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent judgment skills and the ability to negotiate
- Relationship management skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
