She also played a key role in METAFOR’s dashboard and data management/analytics efforts; significantly contributing to organizational growth and efficiency.

    Steff's impact goes beyond her executive functions. She has facilitated DISC assessments and training across the entire METAFOR office. She works with the ownership group on strategic planning and collaborates on People & Culture initiatives to further enhance organizational development.
