“Shazad and I worked together on a very difficult client opportunity. Timelines were short, client expectations were high and the amount of work that needed to be accomplished was daunting. Shazad was an amazing resource. He coordinated all of the work that needed to be done with both on-shore and off-shore resources without missing a beat and was able to bring together the team and the work flawlessly. Throughout the entire process, he was always cool, calm and collected. He never let the pressure get to him and he always remained positive. Whenever the stress would get high and others on the team might begin to get irritable (myself included) Shazad was always calm, and people followed the example he set. His response to any crises was always to try and find alternatives, work through the problems and come up with a reasonable solution. I've always thought the height of professionalism was to not let people see you sweat when things are on fire, and Shazad personifies that capability. His technical skills are excellent and he is fantastic with people. When presenting to clients, he was able to take the most complex technical subjects and present them in a way that was easily digestible. He was very good at answering questions and presenting material in a way that was both easy to understand and in the context of the client. I would work with Shazad any time, any where and under any circumstances. If i have my choice, I would work have him on every client engagement I'm working.”
