It's a project of developing a head-mortiser adapted to a universal milling machine, that's help to make slots on standards shaft.
In order to develop this project, I accomplished the following duties:
1.Conducted a kinematic and dynamic analysis of the system.
2.Drew different parts of the head mortiser using SOLIDWOKS software.
3.Established the operation sketches of each part of the system.
4.Established the specs documentation in order to manufacture each of the parts…It's a project of developing a head-mortiser adapted to a universal milling machine, that's help to make slots on standards shaft.
