I held the role of team leader and assisted our faculty advisor in the selecting of three other candidates. The chosen company for this competition was Cervus Equipment Corp. (TSE:CERV). My responsibilities included conducting due diligence of the company, identifying and categorizing company risks, building an equity research report and presentation, and leading presentation practice sessions. The competition was held on February 29 in Calgary, AB and featured 12 teams across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
