🤗 We are so blown away by the generosity of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. Today they made a sponsorship gift of $125,000 toward accessible apartments at our Heritage Flats project in Cambridge. Wow! Thank you Toyota, for your support of hope and homes (and mobility!) for all! 👏

TMMC is proud to support the Linwood Fire Station! TMMC’s Environmental Engineering Team is responsible for connecting with local organizations who can use items that have reached end-of-life or no longer have a purpose at TMMC. Over the past few years, TMMC has donated five of these vehicles to the Linwood Fire Station. The local Linwood Fire Station is one of the three fire stations that make up The Township of Wellesley Fire Department. The TMMC donated vehicles are used for training purposes at the station, including teaching firefighters to use the jaws of life, which is a rescue tool used in emergencies. Most recently, a 2022 Lexus NX 350 was donated to the Linwood Fire Station in February. This June we visited the station to see how our donation was put to action. During the visit, volunteer firefighters demonstrated the jaws of life on the recently donated Lexus NX 350 at a training session.

With your help, students came together with a variety of career mentors for interactive sessions. They got to learn about different career paths and begin to design their own! #thankyou #WorldofChoices #JASWO

TMMC had the pleasure of attending Business Education Partnership (BEP)'s Explore Your Future events in both Cambridge and Kitchener. The events were a great opportunity to speak with the next generation of talent! BEP is a charity dedicated to ensuring all young people in Waterloo Region can build their path to fulfilling careers. They do so by empowering youth to explore and prepare for the world of work in partnership with their parents, educators and our local workforce.
