CURRENT TRENDS IN APARTMENT TRANSACTIONS: The volume of transactions was down over 30% in June, continuing the downward trend for this quarter. While values per transaction showed an increase (there were a couple of larger deals), we are still seeing the steady impact of market conditions, the spread between “bid” and “ask”, and lower appetite for acquisitions.
