It was an incredible opportunity to share and draw inspiration from both global and local initiatives.   Our days were filled with sensory training to enhance our product descriptions, brainstorming digital marketing ideas and exploring new AI tools. We also enjoyed a culinary presentation from the Chefs Table, sharing insights from Japan and Korea. The exchange of knowledge and experiences left us motivated and ready to tackle new challenges.   But it wasn’t all work! A wonderful day for our first edition of Innovation Day by Solina Canada! Connecting and collaborating with our friends & colleagues in the food industry is one of our favourite things to do.   Innovation Day was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the best of our capabilities while introducing culinary trends through an innovative menu designed by our talented chefs, Adam Wright, and Yves Moscato, with the help of Rob Hamilton, and Mark Penlington, who joined us from our UK sister companies Essential Cuisine and Solina Group Uk !   🗺️"A Culinary Passport to Innovation" immersed participants in an extraordinary journey through six countries: France, Netherlands, South Africa, Thailand, USA, and Canada. Participants set off to discover the world's specialties and get their passports stamped!   Guillaume Dubois, President of Solina Canada, Connor Thompson, culinologist at Ingredion, and Matt Basile, a local chef, set the pace and enlivened the event with inspirational presentations.   🌟A special thank you to everyone who joined us.
