I am extremely proud to have represented Canada at the G20 YEA Summit in Brazil. This year's summit, themed "Connecting Cultures, Fostering Business: Building a Just World and a Sustainable Planet," focused on enhancing global entrepreneurial networks, driving economic growth, and promoting sustainability. I was thrilled to share exciting stories about Alberta Tech (#ABTech) with a global audience and to introduce Road Aider's innovative services to many interested parties seeking to leverage technology to enhance customer experiences. It was an honor to meet with government officials and business leaders to discuss fostering greater investment and business exchanges between Brazil and Canada, particularly for startups. I had the pleasure of meeting HRH Prince Fahad M AlSaud (Head of the Saudi G20 YEA Delegation), Ambassador Emmanuel Kamarianakis (Ambassador of Canada to Brazil), Ronaldo D. (President of CBCC), Warren Ali (Director of Industry Innovation), and many others. Although my trip was cut short due to needing to return to Calgary to receive an award at the Calgary Black Chambers Black Achievement Ceremony last Friday (upcoming post), I had an amazing time networking in Brazil. A huge thank you to Futurpreneur for organizing this event and for their dedication to advancing entrepreneurship and global partnerships! Following a rigorous selection process, I am pleased to announce that I was chosen to represent Canada at the G20 YEA summit in Brazil as part of the Canadian Delegate. The G20 YEA Summit, held annually ahead of the G20 Leaders’ Summit, serves as a platform for advising G20 governments on matters of business and entrepreneurship policy. The Alliance is a collective of organizations, across the G20 countries, young entrepreneurs, who meet every year to affect positive policy change and champion youth entrepreneurship worldwide. In Brazil, I aim to expand Road Aider's innovative roadside assistance services by leveraging the country's growing tech scene and demand for digital solutions. With couple of meetings already booked, my focus is mainly tapping into the automotive industry and forming strategic partnerships to enhance Road Aider's offerings and reach a broader audience.
