Last week, the PolicyMe team had a fantastic in-person event in Toronto.🏙️ As a remote-first company, we value flexibility but also recognize the importance of face-to-face moments. We organize in-person experiences so that our humans can connect within and outside of their team and solidify trust with one another. While we don’t need to see each other every day, it’s important to see each other sometimes to help deepen our working relationships. 🙂 Our day began at Toronto Island with a delicious lunch with a view, followed by an exciting circus workshop. We learned to juggle, clown around, and even tried some acrobatics!
