    When I was first introduced to the team at OAK + FORT, a contemporary fashion brand founded in 2010, I learned that they were facing significant e-commerce challenges: → They relied on customer complaints and support tickets with insufficient information to reproduce errors. → Their team of two developers was overwhelmed with error management, leaving little time for launching new features. → Regular website updates ended up amplifying errors. → Numerous third-party tools caused additional bugs. → The dev team struggled to reproduce bugs based on vague reports, wasting valuable time.
