We’re proud to have supported the Run Up for Down Syndrome, held on June 2, 2024, at Swangard Stadium in Burnaby. Despite the cold and rain, nearly 800 runners from 61 teams participated, helping raise over $240,000 to support people with Down syndrome. A huge thank you to all who contributed, including our fellow sponsors and the incredible volunteers. Your dedication and support ensure that individuals with Down Syndrome thrive at every stage of life.

As we near our 100th Anniversary, we want to reflect on the people and projects that have helped get us to where we are today. The photo provided by Bruce Mackay features several individuals working on Mott's Expo Line in April 1983. Among them are Floyd Friend, B Foreman for Dino, who is kneeling with his hard hat in hand, and Dino himself, wearing an argyle sweater. Carlo Bertelli is positioned behind Dino, wearing glasses. Other individuals in the photo include Graham Trafford, Gerry Bellrichard, Al King, and Bruce Mackay, who is at the top right of the photo.
