About us
The Mining Suppliers Association of B.C. (MSABC) membership provides equipment, products and related services to the B.C. mining industry. MSABC comprises companies located in Vancouver and in mining communities throughout the province, as well as Alberta, Ontario and Washington State. It is affiliated with the Mining Association of British Columbia (MABC), which represents corporations engaged in operating and developing mine sites in B.C. MSABC is a strong partner of MABC in building industry initiatives that focus on sustainability, land use, engagement with Indigenous communities, government relations and public awareness. In addition, MSABC is a major contributor to industry events and programs, education and charitable causes. This support includes annual donations to MineralsEd and the BC Children’s Hospital “Mining for Miracles” campaign. Recognizing the importance of mining to the economic well-being of the province, the mission of the association is to promote the development of a sustainable mining industry in B.C. by “Building a Better Future for Mining.”

We did it! BC’s mining community came through yet again and helped raise an astounding $1.62 million! 100% of the proceeds go toward supporting the Precision Health Initiative at BC Children's Hospital Foundation. This means every dollar donated will help provide essential care and support for kids in need. Thank you all for your outstanding dedication to supporting children's health!

The BC #mining industry’s Mining for Miracles pie throw competition for BC Children's Hospital Foundation ends later this week, so this is your last chance to help deliver a pie to the face of one of our industry champions while at the same time helping sick kids! We are very close to reaching the goal to fund the Precision Health Initiative, which aims to solve up to 25% more rare disease cases in Children, pushing the diagnostic rate from 50% to 75%.
