Jen Baker, Nurse Practitioner (NP) with the adult Otolaryngology/Head & Neck surgery team here at LHSC, knows that most patients she works with are dealing with a life-changing cancer diagnosis and are looking for confidence, competence and compassion in their caregiver team.  “As an NP, I work closely with this team to support our patients and their families through their illness, from initial presentation through to survivorship,” she says.
