So exciting. Can't wait to hear more at the Gala in October.
Some of the JA Team visited Incoming Laureate Keith Condon in Yarmouth to learn more about Tri-Star Industies and Keith himself. All we can say is it was an incredible day of learning. Keith notes that entrepreneurship "Is a passion, not work!". We hope your passion is supporting our programs and connect with youth by joining us at this year's Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame on October 8th, 2024 at the Halifax Convention Centre. Could not be happier that Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC has the Machinist trade back in Halifax Regional Municipality after a 13-year absence. Recently toured the new classroom and had the opportunity to see some of the gear. An accelerated class of manual students will graduate this September and bring on 14 more. They are still adding to the CNC side in preparation to welcome students in 2025. Excitingly, the course has been split into two parts, with a focus on manual skills in the first year and the option for CNC training in the second year. Great to see the growth and development in the field right here in our community! #NSCC #MachinistTrade #HalifaxMunicipality #CNCTraining #Madeinnovascotia #Madeincanada #madeinnorthAmerica #qualitycontrol #QC #cmm #TechInnovationCanada #SmartManufacturing #Machining #CNC
