🌟 Team Tuesday Spotlight: Beata Ogonowska-Woźniak 🌟 Beata has been an invaluable part of the Hybrid Turkeys team since 2012. She began her career after graduating from the University of Olsztyn in Poland. After joining the team she initially provided veterinary support for the sales team across various countries in Poland, Ukraine, Russia, and Lithuania. This was a great learning experience, especially understanding different mindsets in different countries. In her role now, Beata primarily manages the veterinary care of our breeder flocks in Poland. When asked her favorite part of her role Beata says, "I enjoy working with the breeder flocks to get the best performance possible," she says. "Seeing the birds grow healthy and strong is a great part of the job." Thank you Beata for your dedication and expertise in supporting our European team! Read more: https://bit.ly/3xJgab1
