Abstracts can be submitted in one of two categories, depending on the stage of your work. Outcomes are initiatives underway or complete with demonstrated results and lessons that can be shared. Projects do not have to be considered a success – there are always valuable learning opportunities! Ideas describe innovative thinking, promising practices or emerging ways of how to improve care that are too young to have results. You can seek input, inspire collaboration or spark action at an early stage. Learn about the scoring criteria for each category and submit your abstract today: https://ow.ly/YpEf50SCwG8 The deadline for submissions is September 6, 2024.
