The first time I met Maciej Lipinski, JD, PhD, I asked him the same question you may have right now. "Match-eh." Like a combination of matcha and latte. But Maciej is more than just the sum of his previous work experience. From selling sugar cakes in high school with his mom's secret recipe, to being Fractional InHouse at one of Canada’s biggest credit unions, Dominic Alfred's journey is pretty sweet 😏 His path to law began with a nudge from his grandfather and his natural passion for helping others and fixing tough problems (which shines through when you talk to him!) Starting as a law clerk in Trinidad, he earned his LL.B from the University of London, UK, and his LL.M from the University of Toronto 🌍 Prior to his legal career, he founded a healthcare AI startup, so he speaks the language of his founder clients and understands their unique challenges 🚀 Running a solo practice was a match made in entrepreneurial heaven for Dominic. But after 6+ years, he realized he could use some help landing dream clients. Enter Goodlawyer. Dominic practices on Goodlawyer because he loves working with exciting businesses. He thrives on the variety of legal challenges – whether that’s helping a startup draft an investment agreement or being embedded in one of Canada's largest credit unions.
