Building a people-first future. Creating resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities across Canada.
About us
Since 1989, Concert Properties has proudly developed, acquired and managed Canadian real estate – making decisions based on our founding principles of delivering long-term returns for our owners; creating jobs and using skilled construction union labour; and giving back to the communities where we work. With over $9 billion in assets, we are backed and owned by over 200,000 Canadians, represented by union and management pension plans and institutional investors. Today Concert Properties comprises three corporate entities, Concert Real Estate Corporation, Concert Infrastructure and Concert Income Properties. Within these entities, we develop, own and manage rental apartments and seniors’ active aging communities; develop condominium homes; develop, acquire and manage commercial properties; and invest in, develop and manage public infrastructure projects across Canada. We also have ten master-planned communities built or under development across Canada and over the next five years we plan to deliver $2.1 billion in construction projects and over $1 billion in wages. In each area of our business our vision remains the same – building resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities.

Social Purpose and sustainability leader, strategically driving engagement, impact and innovation, with award-winning results
How do we deliver the net zero transition in a way that is also affordable? This was one of the captivating questions that the CAGBC | Canada Green Building Council took head on at the Building Lasting Change conference. The answer, in short, is purpose-driven partnerships. We can’t do this alone. And, as these inspiring two days filled with enthusiasm, ideas, and tangible case study examples show: we are not alone in this journey. Now it’s now time to roll up our sleeves. I am excited to put all these connections, learnings and collaboration opportunities to work at Concert Properties. #ESG #netzero #greenbuildings #affordability #CAGBC #buildinglastingchange #innovation #realestate
