Construction of the 1000M Skyscraper in Chicago. Window installation nears completion 👏 1000M is an 805ft, 74-story skyscraper under construction at 1000 S Michigan Avenue. Designed by Helmut Jahn, the 738 unit residential skyscraper is a collaboration between Time Equities, JK Equities and Oak Capitals. The tower has a cylindrical design which expands as it rises near the top. It is predominantly composed of glass with metallic panelling. McHugh Construction are general contractor and completion is due in 2024.
