  The BGIS projects team recently completed architecture, heritage and services upgrades for the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), at the Chief Secretary’s Building located at 50 Phillip Street, Sydney. Constructed in 1880 the building is of state heritage significance, with BGIS completing fit-out, services and upgrades to all six floors of the building, including HVAC, amenities and security upgrades throughout. This included mechanical replacement works on the building’s rooftop. Works completed involved the full fit-out on levels 3 and 4, HVAC upgrades to all floors including new roof top plant and outside air risers, and security upgrades to all six levels.   Well done to Jack Racklyeft, Senior Project Manager, Ellen Johnson, Senior HSEQ Advisor, Liam Sansom, Construction Manager, Roshan Joshy, Project Manager, Khurshid Saleri, Assistant Project Manager, Lachlan Howard, Project Management Cadet for completing these works with fantastic results!
