Why does the charging pause for a few seconds when I plug in another device?

The power bank reallocates power internally, which takes a few seconds to complete. This is a normal process, so there is no need to worry.

Why does the device show that it's charging, but the displayed power remains at 0W?

The power bank has a 0.1W resolution. For devices like headphones or smartwatches with high battery levels, the charging power may fall below 0.1W. Rest assured, the power bank continues to charge the device even if the displayed power shows 0W.

Why does the laptop's battery level decrease when connected to a power bank for charging?

The power bank's USB-C port supports bidirectional charging. Ensure your laptop is charging by checking after connecting the cable and disconnecting once fully charged.

How do I enable the "light" feature during power outages?

1. Press the "light" button to turn on the screen.

2. Long press the "light" button to activate. "Auto" indicates it's on.

3. Connect to a power source via USB-C 1.

4. Place where light is unobstructed.

5. Light auto-activates during power outages.

How can I adjust the screen timeout settings?

1. When idle with a battery level circle, press the SOS button twice to enter the settings page.

2. Press and hold for 2 seconds to switch between different screen timeout settings.

3. Press the SOS button twice to exit the settings page.

Bought this for camping and power outages

Bought this for camping and power outages
Bought this after a couple of recent several day power outages. Unfortunately I neglected to replenish my D size batteries as used a few in my Christmas wreaths and did not have the 8 cells required to use in my older CFL Coleman lantern.60,000mA is sufficient to charge my laptop and phone a few times and having 6x the storage of my Anker 10k bank would have been comforting when sitting in my house with no power in sub freezing conditions. The lamp on this bright enough to navigate a room in the dark and can read by it. Not as bright as the CFL lamp on my Coleman, but adding some USB string lights to this would still put this ahead. The run time with lamp alone would have been sufficient to get through the power outage and still charge my phone and laptop at least once.I added a 60W solar panel and it works great. Unfortunately Anker does not offer a solar panel that works with this which is a very weird marketing decision. I also have a 12V to XT60 adapter so between the solar panel and car adapter, I wont need D cells when camping any more. If I had had this last month during the outages, not having enough D-cells would not be an issue as I would have had the solar and car option to replenish the battery. The display is good, but does not provide as much info as the Anker 737 power bank (24000mAh) on the status of the connections, but that is not a deal breaker as capacity of this means I am not as constrained as the 737 on capacity. I can carry the 737 on a plane, but this is not traveling due to TSA restrictions. In bright sunlight when using solar, the display is hard to read so you must provide shade. Not a fan of how prominent the SOS button is, but in an emergency I might change my mind, so not going to ding Anker for this. Also would have liked if this came in black as I would be more likely to leave this out, visible, and charging so that the emergency light would come on when power went out. The green just does not fit with the decor.Pros:Size is about the same as my Coleman lantern.Solar option60,000mAh is enough for options when conserving powerDisplay is niceCons:No Anker compatible solar panelsDisplay does not have brightness adjustment

I purchased this power bank to replace one that had gone bad, and boy am I glad I chose Anker. I've purchased other products of theirs such as speakers, cables and chargers and felt the power bank with meet the same quality as the rest of their electronics. I was right, lol

Power your electronic devices with the Anker Power Bank Power Station 60,000mAh, featuring a colossal capacity of 60,000mAh or 192Wh. You can charge multiple devices numerous times without needing to “plug in” to the wall, ensuring uninterrupted power during blackouts or off-grid adventures.

I love the light that allows you to illuminate your surroundings during outages (or impromptu backyard campouts) with the retractable emergency light, providing auto lighting for quick charger location. Adjust the light for two comfortable brightness levels or utilize the SOS mode for emergency situations. The emergency mode would definitely come in handy during a power outage, which we frequently get in Michigan.

It's nice to know that Anker designed this power bank with durability as a key component. Boasting a lifespan 10× longer than comparable models. Retaining an impressive 85% charge even after a year without recharging, it stands ready whenever you need reliable power.

The smart display allows you to monitor power status effortlessly. It offers vital information such as battery level, input and output power, remaining charge time, and charging modes. I specifically like the feature displaying “time remaining” for both charging and draining of the power bank. It's got enough juice to run the light for over 50 hours!

Note: In auto mode, connect the power bank to a power source via the USB-C 1 port to activate emergency lighting. Compatible with solar chargers featuring an XT-60 connector (10-24V), enhancing versatility for various power sources.

The bottom line: This “Emergency” battery has basically become my primary source of charging my devices on a daily basis. It's so convenient just to toss next to wherever you are and charge. Don't have to hunt down an outlet. I also see this getting extended use on our planned road trip this summer, it's so handy! My only complaint - there's nowhere to store a cord. Just a small compartment somewhere you can tuck a cord or two in would be perfect to make this the ultimate survival battery.

Happened to buy this right before that big rain storm hit California last week. It did its job exemplary... I used the lantern mode and it said 99 hours to go (49 hours if I had it on the brightest setting). While the light is a little bit harsh (wish it was more yellow) we were just happy to have light during our 6+ hour power outage - lit up our kitchen and living room without a problem on the low setting.

The device has two USB C out (one in) and 2 USB A out. I love that I can passthrough charge and supply power with the ports. USB A only ports (doesn't happen on USB C ports) --- What bugs me is, if I have a lamp or device plugged into the USB A ports and do anything with the other ports, the USB A ports shut off and restart. So if I have a USB A lamp plugged into one of the USB A ports and plug in power for passthrough, the lamp shuts off and I have to go start it back up. Not a big deal as most devices will just power back up, but in my case, I'd love to run a USB lamp off of the USB port.

This thing can REALLY power anything you throw at it. The 192wh of capacity is massive. I can throw devices at this thing left and right and still have plenty of battery power left over. Love that it is LifeP04 so I can leave it at 100% without worrying about longevity.

Wish list: I do wish it had 100w USB C out. I do wish USB A ports wouldn't reset when plugging things into the USB ports. I wish the lantern had a warmer mode. But none of these are dealbreakers. Definitely recommend for emergency kit! It worked exceptionally well for us.

I originally bought this thinking it would be good for long durations without power for recharging cell phones and whatnot, and while it will technically charge my Galaxy s23, it doesn't do it well. However, which is a bit odd. However, it will fast charge my anker 737, and my 737 will then charge my cell phone efficiently. If you plan to use this for your phones while camping, this may not be a great choice. However I still like this product. It's got some good features on it. Just wish it'd fast charge my phone.

Pros:
- Great charging capacity and form factor.
- Build quality seems pretty bombproof, as expected from Anker.
- Each input and output works as expected
- LED screen shows remaining capacity in % and time as well as wattage of both input and output
- Solar port works fine with a cheapish panel with a DC out and DC to XT-60. I’m getting 25-40W
- Pop-up latern light is nice when needed
- Sale price (below $120) is nice

Cons:
- SOS: why? It’s the most prominent button in the front and it starts a flashing light frenzy with one touch. I can’t imagine this function ever being useful. If anyone can see this SOS beacon, they can hear a yell, whistle, phone call. If you have the luxury of lugging around a big battery, it seems that you’d have other resources nearby. I store this in a tote with a bunch of other awkward items while traveling and camping, and the SOS button will go firing off when the button is hit, draining the battery. This is a big miss.
- Both input and output wattage (charging speed) is often below expectation.
- Non-sale price. ($170) is not nice
- One more output would be good

I really like this one, carries a lot of power for on-the-go (like to a picnic or tailgate, it's not pocket or backpack friendly really) or for a spot in the house without a convenient electrical. The overall pricing when I bought it was comparable with much larger battery setups (on a $ per power basis), which means you are not overpaying just for the features. I have charged many devices with both USB C and A ports and seems solid. I like that is has a light as that also serves as a nice lantern too. I also like the clear display which reads power left and how much it is currently dispensing (in watts). Even has a solar hookup (which I didn't try). Really thoughtful piece to be honest.

5.0 out of 5 stars Etwas holpriger Start, aber dafür viel Energie für unterwegs
Reviewed in Germany on January 7, 2024

5.0 out of 5 stars Game changer for camping

We prefer camping on sites that have minimal facilities and never with electric hook-up. I’ve paired this with a fantastic solar panel (Anker don’t do one themselves that is compatible with this so bought an Ecoflow 110w 4 panel which is amazing). Over 5 days we charged phones, an iPad and a USB shower and it was brilliant. I don’t think I would trust a cheap version as I want to be safe around such a big battery. It’s so simple to use and the lantern light is a bonus. Great to see the input (Solar) and output wattage. All- round fantastic.

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Kundenservice, edles kleines Kraftwerk
