The price is great for a 4 pack but they just are not as accurate as an Apple AirTag using the find my app. Standing right next to my tag it just gives me directions. It doesn’t point me toward a direction or distance like an Apple tag. Right now I want that accuracy

I put this in my suitcase when I travel this holiday season, and it was definitely trackable and told me where it was. I did not have an issue with my bag being lost, but it was a sense of security, knowing that it pinpointed where my suitcase was much more affordable than an Apple device, and seems to work as well, I just put it in a plastic sandwich bag and tucked it in the bottom of my suitcase

I made a trip from Saudi Arabia to US with a stop/plane change in London. When I left from KSA to London, I saw all my bags were where they needed to be, as I already sat on my plane for the flight to US, it showed I had two bags with me and a third at the complete wrong end of the airport. When we left, my third bag was still showing at the wrong end of the airport. Turns out the bag was on the plane as all my stuff arrived when I did but there’s no way (that I’ve discovered anyway) to update the app to refresh location.

Super easy to pair to iPhone and alarm feature is a nice idea thankfully I’ve not had to use.

Poor connectivity overall. Airtag isn't perfect either, but I get tired of "trying to connect" for this device when it's sitting in my house in the same room as a router.

Another negative: when you double-click the device, it will help you locate your phone by playing a phone sound. This is triggered in my pocket, even with the "prevent accidental trigger" function turned on. The sound it plays is "Old MacDonald had a farm...." As far as I could figure out, this can't be changed. This is not a good sound effect at work or out with friends.

The reasons to buy:
1) cheaper than AirTag
2) can directly attach to keychain without separate purchase like AirTag
3) willing to take lower performance than AirTag, and
4) you like cheesy Old MacDonald sounds playing unexpectedly in the middle of meetings

Very upset with this one. We have many other Eufy security products, and I realized that the more you add, the more the app starts lagging. This product particularly drains your phone battery! Also, the product itself did not work with either Ipad or MacPro. We were able to add it to the Eufy app and tested it out. Yes, it worked when we were in the same house. But we put it in the car and tested it when the car was driven away. It said out of range, and was unable to locate it. So it is only good for finding your keys in the same house! Not for tracking a lost luggage at the airport or potentially in another country!! False advertisement in my opinion! I expected better from Eufy and really had high hopes on this one! Also, noticing lately that, our other security products that we have, started slowing down with their notifications and capturing images too; so perhaps Eufy should get their act together!

Do not buy these tags unless you want to be frustrated on top of the panic you have after losing your phone/keys. I bought these because they rang my phone, even if it was in silent mode. It did work when I first tested them. But then for some reason they NEVER worked when I need them to.

I’m writing this aggravated and angry because I didn’t know where my phone was right now, so pressed the button on the eufy tag and it wasn’t even beeping which shows it’s trying to find the phone. So I keep pushing it and it finally starts peeping but never connects to my phone. Then I’m looking and beeping the tag and guess what? My phone is right next to me in a different bag. So what the hell are these good for? I’m so mad I wasted my money on something that doesn’t work when I’m stressed out and looking for my items.

This kinda stressful moments happen all the time with these tags when I’m looking for either tag item or my phone. But for some reason, like eufy knows I got my act together and nothing is missing, I go to take my keys, it beeps and loud as hell, my phone starts playing bingo was his name oh song (which is kinda embarrassing cause I’m sure people think it’s my ringtone) and I gotta get to my phone to shut it up. Yeah that’s the song it plays when it’s ringing my phone to find it.

Anyways the battery shows its pretty much full, I have precise location always on, and followed all troubleshooting to make it work after I find my whatever with no help from these tags.

I bought these for the price and cause they are eco friendly cause you can replace the battery, but now I’m going back to tile which I had before and it worked wonderfully until the battery died. Or maybe AirTag. Not wasting money again. I’ll pay extra for peace of mind and quality results. So mad right now. NEVER EVER work when I want them to.

I’ve been using these with my keys and my iPhone 11. Works great with “find my phone”. Let’s me know when I leave my keys behind. When I have misplaced my keys I can trigger a sound on the tracker to easily find them. Love it.
