It’s not every day that we get to talk about pole vaulting, but Jess Gardner is ready to change that.
Gardner has been generating plenty of attention on social media thanks to her growing presence on TikTok. And, well, it’s pretty easy to understand why.
Immediately, people began comparing Gardner to LSU gymnast Olivia Dunner, who has cashed in on her social media following with NIL deals that make her the highest-paid female athlete in college sports.
Gardner, meanwhile, is becoming a viral sensation with one of her recent TikToks generating over 2.5 million views.
The University of Nebraska junior is majoring in Nutrition and Health Sciences, and has picked up Academic All-Big Ten honors in 2021 and 2022.
Before joining the University of Nebraska track team, Gardner was the runner-up at the NSAA Class A State Championships in the pole vault in 2019, 2018, and 2017.
