This has become a yearly tradition — NSFWBDs analyze Thanksgiving. It’s become one of my favorite posts of the year because the BDs have so many great lines about turkey, family, football and the general chaos that is getting together with family for that one day each year when you’re supposed to enjoy family.
The BDs main theme this year is that they’re not really down with the whole turkey thing. Too dry. And I have to agree with them on this one. You grab two slices of the white meat & it’s like you just ate a whole bird. Too filling. Too much of that tryptophan that puts you into a recliner coma only to wake up at like 7:30 feeling like you can run through a brick wall at a bar. I don’t know why, but it seems like once you eat turkey at 2, you want massive amounts of liquor and chaos by 9:30 on Thanksgiving night. I once saw a stabbing outside a sports bar on Thanksgiving night. One minute I’m watching football, the next minute some guy is getting stabbed and it wasn’t even in that part of Dayton where you’d expect a stabbing.
Anyway, here we go with another year of the BDs keeping it real for the holidays. Nobody does it better than these guys.
